1. Our prices are counted for one calculation page of a translated text. A calculation page is 1800 characters with spaces. If the whole text is shorter than 1800 characters, it is treated as a complete calculation page; if it is longer, we count every started half of a page.

2. For larger amounts of text - more than 20 pages - you get the following discounts :

• 20 - 40 pages - 5% discount
• 41 - 60 pages - 8% discount
• 61 - 80 pages - 10% discount
• over 80 pages - let's talk about it!

3. Our standard rate is up to 4 pages a day. For more urgent orders, the prices can be slightly higher:

• fast rate - 5-7 pages a day - +30%
• express rate - 8-10 pages a day - +50%

The day of submitting your order, the day of delivery of the translated text to you, Saturdays, Sundays and national and bank holidays are excluded.

4. We will prepare for you an initial calculation of pages for free! If you want to know the final price, the expected date of delivery, or you wish to compare our offer to others - we can do it for you!

5. You choose the form in which you get the translated material (E-mail, print, CD-ROM, floppy disk). That is, of course, another thing you don't have to pay for!

6. We generally do not apply any extra charges for so-called "complications" (handwritten or not formatted text, tables, etc.). We deal with every order individually and consider only serious problems - we never increase the prices just because of one poorly printed line!

7. After we have finished your translation, we will send you the files and ask you to transfer the money to our bank account. If the text is very long, we may ask you for some advance payment, but it is always negotiated individually. We can also meet in person - it is up to you!
