| Why can we offer the lowest prices on the market of translations? How can the highest quality be available for such low prices? Creating and developing our company, we established a set of rules, which are the guidelines of our activities, as well as our trademark. 1. Our client pays for translation. It is not that obvious as it may seem. When you buy a flat, you usually pay also for an office of the estate agency, its furnishings and maintenance, cars of the top managers, professional training courses in Mauritius... How is it possible that you do not pay for our office? Because there is no office! We contact our customers mainly via e-mail or phone, and translation services are not furniture that should be presented somewhere to the potential buyer. Therefore, what would we need an office for? We relentlessly cut down all costs that have no direct influence on the quality of our services. We do not run a complex and expensive webpage - the one we created ourselves serves its functions very well. What we actually have is our knowledge, experience and a lot of satisfaction from satisfying our clients. 2. A quality translator creates quality translations. Also seems obvious, doesn't it? Still, it is not. If we used a huge list of several hundred translators from all around the country, would we really be able to check the competence and qualifications of each of them? We would have to rely merely upon a resume, knowing hardly anything about a person who is supposed to perform highly important tasks. As you probably suspect, we don't have such a list of translators. Our translators are a group of people who have proved themselves to be qualified, skilful and creative. We never work with people whom we haven't met in person! Such requirements guarantee that your translation will be done by a professional. 3. Translation must be good and fast. Not the other way round. Sometimes we say that we will be ready with an order in a week, although it should take no more than four or five days. Very rarely, but it happens. But would you like your job - always very important one - to be done by a random person from an extensive list of translators (anyone who is available at a given moment), who will work on it during the breaks between some other activities? As for an extensive list of translators - we don't use one (see point 2). Besides, we will never give you a text that has not been carefully corrected and improved. Quality always comes first. 4. We listen to your requests! Typically, a translation should be as close to the original text as possible, preserving its full content, style and message. Still, maybe you need something else? Do you want us to prepare a shorter summary of an extensive article in a foreign language? Should a difficult technical text be more comprehensible to a broader group of readers? Tell us about it! Do you want a Polish version of your website to differ from an English one? We can do it! We are not afraid of tasks which require a bit more than exact translation. Our translators are much more creative than that! TranslationsTerms & ConditionsRead morePortfolioContact us |
